"Redeemer" aims to be a Great Commission Church reaching unchurched people, with a team leadership approach.  Its mission is to "set people free through Christ" - set free from sin (from its blindness, burden and bondage), set free from self (from self will, self love and self doubt) and set free for service (to God, to others and to the world).

"Redeemer" is a community focused church, which started in the Flat Bush area early in 2005. After starting with a morning Kids Church in Chapel Park and an afternoon worship service at a different location, in 2008 we moved to Chapel Downs School Hall where we now combine a Kids ministry with a Family Worship service. Our Pastor is Wally Rakete and Community Pastor is Tony Bracefield.
